About Preston Cable Granulation

Preston Cable Granulation were formed in 1991, and have since developed into one of the UK’s leading providers of cable and non-ferrous metal recycling services.

Based close to Preston, we are perfectly located to serve customers throughout the town, as well as Blackburn, Bolton and the wider region. In 1995, we also opened a second site in Rotherham, allowing us to treat and process more complex materials, such as lead covered and petroleum jelly filled cables.

We hold an environmental permit and waste carrier’s licence issued by the Environment Agency, and are members of the British Metals Recycling Association (BMRA) to ensure that our working practices are in line with industry regulatio

The company provides a complete, all-round cable recycling service, from collection and production to trading, LME linked purchasing of cable or treating on a toll basis, and our staff are fully trained and experienced in all aspects of the industry, including the relevant legislation associated with its practises.
