Freemen’s Common Tip is owned and operated by Leicester City Council. Freemen's Common Recycling Centre is provided for householders to deposit and recycle household rubbish. Check opening times before setting off to site. Freemen’s Common Recycling Centre is located at Islington Street, Leicester LE2 7SQ. Freemen’s Common Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Freemen’s Common Dump is controlled by Leicester City Council waste management disposal services.
