Deep Moor tip is owned and operated by Devon county council. Deep Moor Recycling Centre is provided for householders to deposit and recycle household rubbish. Check opening times before setting off to site. Deep Moor Recycling Centre is located at High Bullen, Torrington EX38 7JA. Deep Moor Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Deep Moor Dump is controlled by Devon County Council Waste Management Disposal Services.
