Darwen tip is owned and operated by Blackburn Council. Darwen Spring Vale Road Recycling Centre is provided for householders to deposit and recycle household rubbish. Trade waste is not accepted at this centre. To ensure the exclusion of trade waste, certain vehicles are only permitted to use this site subject to a waste permit scheme. Check opening times before setting off to site. Darwen Spring Vale Road Recycling Centre is located at Darwen BB3 2EP. Darwen Spring Vale Road Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Darwen Spring Vale Road Dump is controlled by Blackburn Council waste management disposal services.
