About Choose2Reuse

Choose2Reuse is a non-profit organisation established in 2015 to provide volunteer placements and job opportunities to individuals who are marginalised or are furthest from the labour market, through the re-use and upcycling of clothing, shoes, bedding, bags, toys, bric-a-brac and other unwanted items.

Repurposing and diverting unwanted items from landfill has been our primary focus.

Our mission is to:

• Reduce the UK’s dependence on landfill, providing a community service focused on reducing and reusing unwanted goods
• Educate the local community on the ways to reduce waste and increase reuse, and how this benefits the environment
• Provide a caring and inclusive working environment for people the furthers away from the job market

So, what’s next?

The mission of Choose2Reuse is to reduce the environmental impact of consumer goods in order to make a difference in the world, but addition to provide people with resourceful ways to reduce, reuse, and repurpose practically anything.

At Choose2Reuse, we aim to follow our rapid growth by becoming one of the UK's major recyclers, providing a central location in which the community can truly get involved. A location where upcycling is increased by allowing people to come and engage, and ultimately reduce landfill.
