About Biffa Winchester – Waste Management Service

Biffa Winchester is owned and operated by Biffa Waste Management Service. Winchester City Council has renegotiated a new eight-year contract with waste management company Biffa to provide a new waste strategy, this will also include the use of new lower emission vehicles plus new and improved approaches and technologies which will support Winchester City Council to work towards its sustainability goals, including the target to become carbon neutral by 2024.
