About Benfleet Scrap Co - Benfleet
Benfleet Scrap Co is an Essex-based family run business that has been in the scrap and recycling industry for more than forty years.
In 1996, Benfleet Scrap Co was incorporated, adding to the two yards already owned and run by the Leeman family. In 2006, we added the waste transfer side to our licence at Benfleet. 2012 saw us taking on the Thurrock depot, and in 2013 we opened our Basildon depot.
From small beginnings, we now have a workforce of fifty members of staff, and this number continues to grow as our company evolves. We specialise in scrap metal recycling, scrap vehicles and waste skip hire for the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
