About Salford Household Waste Recycling Centre
Cobden Street tip is owned and operated by Greater Manchester council. Cobden Street HWRC Only residents of Greater Manchester (excluding Wigan) can take waste and recycling from their own home to this Recycling Centre free of charge. This includes waste from normal day-to-day household activities and DIY jobs. Vehicles are monitored to make sure the Recycling Centres are only being used for household waste. Waste from any trade or commercial activity cannot be taken to the Recycling Centres. This includes any waste produced by tradesmen or builders you hired to carry out improvements, repair or alterations to your home. Cobden Street Recycling Centre is located at Cobden St, Salford, Manchester M6 6NA. Cobden Street Tip is for use with residents from the local area only to dispose of their recyclable items or waste. Cobden Street Dump is controlled by R4GM Waste Management Services.
